The Boat House in Clevedon is in a beautiful coastline location with commanding views across the estuary to Wales. The large open plan area already existed, however the house was lacking in additional living spaces and sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms.

The proposals included 2 storey extensions to the sides and rear of the property combined with a total re-plan and refurbishment of all spaces. This was a challenging project due to the complexity of the interfaces with the existing building and the steep hillside location. Simon provided architectural services only on this scheme.
