Manistee
Tickenham
Renovation
Manistee was originally constructed in the 1960's as one of a pair of near identical bungalows on the outskirts of Clevedon, with lovely and extensive south facing views. By the time the current owners bought the property in 2015 it was in need of major updating and extending to meet their needs and requirements.
Due to it's location in the Green Belt, the property had planning policy limitations on the percentage area of construction that could be added to it. The solution was to maximise the potential of the plot using permitted development allowance. Extending into the loft, to the side and the rear, and the construction of a new larger detached garage created an additional 1200ft² of accomodation.
